Return Policy

Select Prime Offer offers a 90-day warranty for products found to be defective. If you receive an item with a fault, you may request a refund, exchange, or replacement through our support contact form. Return shipping fees will be covered by us once the defect is verified by our team.

For items without any defects, exchange requests can be made within 90 days from the delivery date. Please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange.

Exceptions: For health and hygiene purposes, returns are not accepted for intimate wear, including underwear, socks, bra inserts, and shapewear. However, if these items are delivered damaged, incorrect, or faulty, we will process a refund or replacement whenever possible.

All returned products must be in their original, unused condition as initially received. We will provide return updates via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Initial shipping fees are not refundable.

Return Rights

Select Prime Offer reserves the right to limit or refuse returns at our discretion under the following conditions:

If there is a pattern of excessive returns that may indicate “wardrobing” behavior
If returned items show signs of wear, modification, washing, damage, or are missing components

Order Changes

Orders are automatically processed within 6 hours of placement. To request changes:

Cancellations must be submitted within 6 hours after the order is confirmed. Requests beyond this window may result in additional fees
Requests for changes in size or color must be made within 24 hours of confirmation
After 24 hours, modifications are not guaranteed and may not be possible
